Hand turned from patterned English ash, this bowl features a striking closed-form shape with thin edges. Sky blue, midnight blue and plum wood dyes have been stained deep into the wood and blended together. Gold embellishing wax has been worked into the open grain to contrast nicely with the applied colours. 
 
The wood has then been sealed, covered with several coats of lacquer, and buffed to a high shine. A food safe wax has then been applied. Perfect as a fruit bowl or as decor around the home.
 
This bowl measures 32cm wide, 7cm tall and 5cm deep.
